Bill is due by the 15th of each month. After the 15th of each month a 10% penalty is added to bill. By the 20th of each month a notice is mailed to each deliquent customer stating that the deliquent bill is due by the 25th of the month or water service is subject to be disconnected. After 20th of each month customer is charged an extra $5 deliquent charge. If your water is disconnected you will be charged a $50 reconnection fee.
